Advantages of pine core timber:
1. Good elasticity
Pine timber has long wood fiber and excellent tenacity. It can maintain its original elasticity after being made into density board. People will feel soft and elastic when walking on floorboard made of pine core timber, which can protect the knee parts of sports-liking people, kids and old people.
2.Strong Air Permeability
The pores of pine wood fiber are enormous and dense to ensure that the pores of density board are fine and dense to have strong air permeability. Due to the huge volume of timber resin, the pine timber has a good performance of water-proof.
3.Zero Pollution
More than 90% intensified floor board in present market are made of poplar core timber, which adopts huge amount of glue so as to materially effect the environmental value of the floorboard. However, the pine core timber can reduce largely use of glue due to its water-proof timber resin and long fiber with only 0.3-0.4mg/L dissociated formaldehyde released, which is close to zero and far less than national E1 standard. Its environmental protection standard even exceeds the current standard for drinking water in China.
Biological features |
Water-proof |
Stability |
Bad: Use huge amount of glue and contain high volume of formaldehyde |
Good: Use huge amount of glue so as to become hard to absorb water with low swelling rate when soaked in water |
Common: Use huge amount of glue |
Common: Strong gel dissolving performance and huge amount of glue used |
Bad: Retain large volumes of cells with hydrophilic |
Bad: Easy to absorb water and become deformed |
Good: Need only a small amount of environmental protective glue. The wood fiber can combine with fiber H-bond after being washed in water and imposed with small amount of quality environmental protective glue. |
Good: Long pine timber fiber can be washed to remove substances between fiber cells. The hydrophobic group on the long fiber can ensure certain degree of water-proof. |
Good: Has certain degree of water-proof with equally selected proportion of materials and equal distributed density. |
