On the 6th of September 2006, Flooring Industries Ltd, the intellectual property holding of the Unilin group, announces that it has reached a settlement and a license agreement with Jiangsu Kelida Decoration Material Co. Ltd. ("KLD") for the manufacture and worldwide sales of laminate flooring products with Unilin’s patented glueless technology.
